What happens next?
You will receive a confirmation email/text from us, confirming your booking. On the Day, you will receive a message with an estimated time of arrival.
Do I need to be present when you valet my vehicle?
If you have chosen a full valet with the inside, we will need you to be there to unlock the vehicle for us.
Can you clean my car at different address?
No problem! Just let us know where you would like us to come.
How can I pay for my valet?
We accept bank transfers or take cash payment on the day. Please note, we can not take card payment on the day.
Do you need access to electrics and water to wash my vehicle?
We do not require access to water on power supply, our van is fully self sufficient and we provide our own.
How long does it take?
Depending on size of the vehicle and what service you have chosen, for example a small size vehicle will take less time than 4×4. Depending on what valet it can take anything from 80 minutes to 4 hours.
